"about Hanna Kroeger: ...a spry and cheerful woman who devoted her life to natural and spiritual healing. She was born in Turkey, the daughter of German missionary parents. As a young woman she studied nursing at the University of Freiburg and natural healing at a large hospital in Dresden. In the 1950's she and her family moved to Colorado and opened one of the nation's first health food stores. Local folk began to visit her little shop regularly, impressed with the success of her remedies and her wisdom of healing. Hanna authored many books and taught a common sense approach to achieving good health. Her life set a fine example to her simple and powerful message to humanity."
